We were impressed by the beautiful mineral pool and jacuzzi at Asya Guest House. The view of the mountains from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. Despite the language barrier, Dani and Nina went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided great hospitality. The location was perfect for exploring the Rila seven lakes area and there was even a nice waterfall nearby for a short hike. The only minor drawbacks were the walk downhill to the grocery store and restaurant area without a car, the inconsistent hot water in the shower, and the room not being cleaned during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nestled just a short drive away from the city center, this guest house is an ideal spot for families seeking a tranquil and relaxing vacation. the rooms are exceptionally clean and renovated with a separate entrance. You'll enjoy waking up each morning to a traditional breakfast. the location boasts breathtaking views of nature, making this an excellent spot for nature lovers.
The guest house lacks proper communication upon check-in, which can result in confusion for some guests.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff who made a delicious Bulgarian dinner and breakfasts. The hotel facilities include a great mineral pool and jacuzzi with a stunning view of the mountains. Additionally, the hotel's location just outside the city center made it a perfect starting point for a hike in the area.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

We had a decent stay and found the price reasonable for what we got. The guest rooms were clean and basic - no frills. The location was great for our purposes, close to the mountains and hiking trails. We also appreciated the breakfast provided, which was simple but filling. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant.
The lack of signage, making it hard to find the guest house in the dark. We had to rely on GPS and a bit of luck to locate it.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The location was peaceful and the staff treated us with warmth and kindness, despite the language barrier.
Breakfast items could have been more varied and had more options.

The breakfast had a dish that was really tasty and the room was clean. the location was close to shops and restaurants. the view from the balcony was amazing and perfect for watching the sunset.
The beds were uncomfortable and it was challenging to sleep. the staff didn't speak English and didn't seem to care about helping us with anything.
